Digital Finance for Microfinance Institutions

Description:

Microfinance institutions (MFIs) are increasingly facing pressure to go digital. The benefits are numerous, as DFS has the power to lower operational costs and increase outreach and efficiency. However, digital finance is extremely complex and the operational challenges can quickly overwhelm institutions. This course takes MFIs through the process of selecting the right strategic option for introducing DFS to their operations and highlights the key issues in the implementation process.
